LabScale AI Membership
Practical AI workflows for CMC, QA & Regulatory—built for real life in regulated environments.
If you're curious about GenAI but don't want hype (or risk), this membership helps you use AI effectively and safely in your personal workflow—through monthly live Q&A, a growing prompt/workflow library, and members-only recaps you can actually reuse.
Inside the membership:

Is this right for you?
This membership is for you if:
- You work in CMC, QA, Regulatory (or adjacent functions) and want to use AI with confidence
- You want repeatable workflows, not random prompt tips
- You care about data safety, accuracy, and professional-quality outputs
- You want access to a real human to ask questions monthly
This is not for you if:
- You're looking for coding tutorials or AI engineering training
- You want someone to review/approve controlled documents or proprietary content
- You're hoping AI will run on autopilot without human verification
What's included
1. Monthly Office Hour (Live)
Bring questions from your real workflow, and I'll help you design a safe, repeatable approach using the LabScale ALIGN loop:
- A — Aim: What are you trying to achieve?
- L — Learn the tool: What is it doing and what is it bad at?
- I — Input design: What goes in and how do you ask?
- G — Guard the system: How do you protect sensitive data?
- N — Notice & refine: How do you QC outputs and decide oversight?
Members can submit questions in advance (recommended) and join live for Q&A + troubleshooting.
2. Members-only Replay + Q&A Recap
After each office hour, you'll get:
- The recording + timestamps
- The recommended workflow approach
- The prompt chain used (copy/paste ready)
- Guardrails (what not to share + how to sanitize)
- A QC checklist ("notice & refine")
This is the difference between "I heard a tip once" and "I can actually use this at work."
3. ALIGN Prompt & Workflow Library
A curated vault of prompts and workflows organized by:
- Function: CMC / QA / Regulatory
- Task: summarization, gap analysis, drafting, checklists, meeting prep
- Risk level: Green (public/sanitized), Yellow (policy dependent), Red (don't do / escalate)
Everything is designed to produce reviewable, structured outputs that support human oversight.
4. Pop-up Mini-Workshops (Included)
A few times a year, I run deeper trainings on practical topics (examples: "hallucination-proof checklists" or "safe prompting for regulated writing"). Members attend free. Non-members typically pay ~$275 per workshop.
Why LabScale AI?
Most AI courses teach "how to use AI at work."
LabScale AI teaches "how to use AI at work when your work might be audited."
I'm not an AI engineer—I'm a CMC consultant who's been teaching AI fluency fundamentals to life science professionals through live bootcamps for the past 3 years. Everything here is built for your reality: limited time, high accountability, and the need to be safe with data.
What members are saying
"I was a complete neophyte before taking the AI Bootcamp — Alexa presented a lot of information in a thoughtful, concise manner that made AI feel a lot more accessible."
Alison M.
Principal, Alima Consulting
"After joining just a few sessions at LabScale AI, I feel like I've moved from consumer-level AI use to professional-grade use. It's giving me an edge in how fast I can produce and refine work."
CMC Consultant
"Before attending the LabScale AI bootcamp, I used to think AI was too risky for QA work. Now I use it for structure, clarity, and gap-checking. But the real value is that I'm much more confident and consistent."
